    Super White Headlight Question

Is it possible to get Super White bulbs from local stores?
    Like Pepboys, Autozone.....etc.

If yes, which brand do you recommend?

Also, I took out those orage deflectors out of my headlamps, but those bulbs were still orange......Can I get them at local stores too?

I know that I should order them off the internet or something, but I am just tyring to find out if anything is available at the local store. I can't spend too much at this time...that's why.

Believe it or not Wal-Mart is getting a pretty good selection of bulbs. May try there.

It really depends on various location. I went to the one in Van Nuys, CA and they didn't have any good bulb.

Then I went to Autozone and picked up SIlverstar for $20 per bulb.

    Re: Super White Headlight Question

I guess I find your statement kinda funny... you say that you don't have the time to search for bulbs, yet you have the time to remove the headlamp and break apart the orange reflector and re-install your headlamps... I'm guessing that didn't take 15 minutes.

Personally if I were going to buy new bulbs for my Corolla I would try to purchase the European Silverstars... no blue tint at all... just brighter.

What is so funny? I never said I don't have 'TIME' to search....... I meant "MONEY"
Like in 'show me the MONEY'

I was just wondering if there were any cheap brands that I can pick up at a local store.
    okay?

Can we really trust a Wal Mart brand?
Have you tried any of them?

Sorry... Misinterpreted your post as "time", not "money." Thanks for your clarification... and I didn't mean to rub ya the wrong way (if you interpreted it that way).

BTW, I just went out and purchased some US 9005 Silverstars to modify for a 2003 Accord. For a two pack it was $50.

Unfortunately, you're right... I was looking at a website for Phillips Vision bulbs and quoted Osram... sorry.

I would take a look at these bulbs made by Hella though.
