Summer Vacation!!!

I guess this thread is more for the student here sorry working people

So what is everyone doing over the summer? Trips? Work? More School:sad:?

I just finished finals yesterday and the rest of my buddies have finals this week..
Since I don't want to be commuting just for one class I will be taking this summer off for the first time in 3yrs:rule:. Normally I don't mind taking summer classes because I love the excelerated learning style but most of the classes for my major (mech engineering & modern physics) arn't offered, only the gen ed stuff which is easy anytime of the yr.

So I will be working at my buddy's shop (http://www.MemoryFab.com) which would be pretty cool since work would be fun enough so that it wont seem like "work." Also I will be saving up for a engine swap to be peformed later this summer (if I find the right motor for the right price), probably be going down to southern california, do a HPDE, get back into AutoX, join a gym, and basically just chill with friends.

have summer classes. i'm taking 3 classes this summer....sucks but i wants to finish school asap.

I'll be working, but I'll be spending my free time chilling with friends as well. Oh, and organizing the bonfire for June 16th.

Yeah I have summer classes too, mechanical engineering aint no joke but i will try and get into shape again and chill with friends and work a lot. Really wish I had enough money saved and time to go on vacation somewhere nice to get away from the same daily routine.

I'm not taking summer classes like I did last summer. I don't really mind the class itself. What I do mind is the city that my university is in. When most students aren't there...that town is just...dead. Never again doing that.

So for this summer, I might find work or I might now. I am definitely going to sign up for the nearest gym and getting fit again. I've gained 26lbs since my first year of college. Ugh.

Gonna DIY my rear brake pad/rotors (that you shipped to me jspx). Gonna watch Louis CK when he comes to NYC on June 20th. Planning a weekend trip to Baltimore with the girlfriend. Going to Montreal, Canada for a weekend sometime in August. Graduation parties to attend....etc.

Gonna take some summer classes. Hopefully I will receive my new deck and dvd player and install them in the cubby hole below the ac controls.

ive got a week on my summer break, all ive done is sit around, play cod4, drink beers, and work twice a week.

i'm doing a lot of lifting and running around in my new job so hopefully that'll lead to a healthier me. I still need to get around to running a couple of miles per day. I used to do cross country in my hs days but now I can barely run at all.

i am doing a study abroad in london for half the summer until then i am working as much as i can so i can spend all the money i make in london

wow you finally decided to take the summer off this time. As for me I still have two finals left for next week and Steph has finish all her finals and is also graduating from SFstate this Saturday LOL. For me I will be working at the same place for the summer in the East Bay. We really need to find some time to chill.

i have a built 4age (gze pistons, hks mls headgasket, arp headstuds) with the manifold, turbo, and ITBs with a custom adapter and manifold for boost for sale... only a couple hours from socal too.

I'll be up there next weekend.

Wow that sounds great.. When will you be transferring? And will Stephanie be going to grad school or working? Yea I remember that place? Definately man.. right now I only get weekends off though.

Yeah, I just finished class! Now I get two weeks before summer classes!
