    stupid bus

ok so the time is 6:20 am its been snowing all night. I'm dropping my girlfriend off at work at the mall. there is a 2 way stop on a three way intersection (Cars on the loop road have to stop cars comming off of the main road have right of way) I stop at my stop sign to go out of the mall (left hand turn) the bus is comming and looking like he is going to stop. so I go. then the bus decides to run the stop sign to make his right hand turn out of the loop road. so I steerout of the way to miss him. and suddenly I hear a crack and I stop. I look up expecting to see a bus up aginst my window. nope I ran the curb lost the front passenger ground effect and scrached the hell out of my rim. needless to say I'm pissed. is there anything I can do.

go to the bus company and tell them he ran a stop sign and caused you to hit a curb...was there any witnesses other than you and the bus that saw it??

Im not following your story here...you start to turn left, and you see the bus coming at you from across the road, and he starts to turn right, which would be away from you....why would you steer quickly to the right?

If your right hand side of your car hit the curb, you had to have steered right.....right?

YOu can complain, but its your story vs the bus's story.

The snow factor will go against you too...sounds like just one of those situations where youll have to bite the bullet and get it fixed.
