Well I have a garage for when I'm at home, but I sure wish they'd have covered parking at the train station. It got covered with ice while I was at work. :p

uhhh are u sure u wanna put a hairdryer near anything where fuel vapor comes out. u know how they make the air hot? with little metal fins that get red hot. picture leaving a can of opened propane next to a toaster :D....and also not to neglect the fact that you definitly aren't supposed to use around electricity (like a hairdryer) around o something like sayyyy water? haha use some hot water. itll work a lot faster and u wont worry about blowing urself up (unlikely but possible) or electricuting urself. plus u wont have to mess with a bunch of cords.

    Stuck under ice

What would you do if your fuel door is stuck under a sheet of ice about 1/8" thick?

    Assume:
You can open any of your car's doors.
Trunk is frozen, but you can stick a key into the hole for the trunk.
You have a remote that works.
BOTH keyholes for the door are frozen solid with ice.
Weather will remain well below freezing for at least a month.
You've got a decent supply of gas, and you normally store the car in the garage of a house, AC electricity available to help.

No snow or ice I assume? That sure beats Canada! Ice and snow make it really bumpy and hard to drive, lots of accidents happen because of that stuff. :p
