    Stiffer Springs?

    My list of demands:

Rear springs - front is soft, but doesn't really matter

Need to be stiffer than stock - enough so that I can have people riding in back and not kill the spare tire tub on speed humps/quick turns

NO LOWERING - If anything, I need another inch higher

Sound simple enough? Where can I get these for a decent price?

I think TRD made direct replacement springs with no lowering. I just don't remember where to get them now.

Well poop. When I was trying to get the springs and struts replaced under warranty, the dealership said that the springs were well within specs, almost new spring rate. I wonder if there is a heavier car with springs that will fit.

How about sway bar links? I can't find those either without a whole swaybar set. Clunking's getting worse. Have to turn up the stereo.

OUCH! Yes, I thought about coilovers, but I think that was the day I had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on myself to clear whatever I was choking on.

Just need stock height with stiffer springs. Body kits don't last long around here. Don't know if spacers will work, and where to find some that will fit.

uhm you can get coilovers with custom spring rates if you dont want the ride to be that harsh.

It's very hard to find any stiffer springs without lowering the car.
Maybe you can buy some stiffer lowering springs and add some spring spaces to rise up the car.

Or you can get some coilover springs so that you can adjust the height that you prefer. :)
