    stereo questions

    my system so far:

    1 - 12' Kicker CompVR sub

    2 - Sony Xplod CDX-M800 head unit

    3 - Sony Xplod 1000watt amp

I will soon add another 12' CompVR sub (mayb two depending on how many my friend gets cuz we are competing for the loudest and best sytem

I am also getting new inside speakers. I am thinking of going with kicker 6.5s and kicker 6x9 but i dont know if they are good or if its just the name. should i go with different inside speakers? what kind?

Soon getting rid of that crap amp. Hopefully also getting kicker amps if not mayb hifonics. what do u guys think?

    and last question:

    Sony headunits suck real bad

I would go with a Pioneer/Pioneer Preimer Series or Alpine headunits.

I had a sony headunit once and that crap overheated  I think I will stick with their products and ditch their mobile stuff

sonys have a lot of issues.... they have cool ideas but just seems like nothing ever works for them.... just make sure you got an extended warranty! not all decks they make are bad but I will say I warrantied more of their decks than any other brands for problems, skipping, amplifier cutting out and also the simple fact that they just dont have any guts...

As for inside speakers I say go for components : MB Quarts or Boston Acoustics

and for the rear deck : Infinity Kappa

I wish I had money now I would change out my Pioneer 6.5s and 6x9s for something a bit better :!:
