stereo install help!

    stereo install help!

    i recently began installing my new head unit into my car, and i cannot figure out how to connect the dimmer wires. there are 2 dimmer wires coming out of the car (one giving an almost constant 12V and the other varying from 0.20V-12V). my stereo only has one connection wire which just says "illumination control". which one of my dimmer wires would connect up to the stereo, and what to do with the other one? Please respond soon

    dont use the dimmer wires. they really dont do anything except on the factory head unit
