    Steering Wheel

    Anyone put a custom steering wheel on their corolla? 2003 model btw. I was wondering if you had to disconnect something for the airbag to get it on and if anyone has done it.

    You have to disconnect the airbag to do it, and by doing so you risk deploying the bag. Did you buy a new wheel already? The ones that cone with airbags are about $700+.

    No didnt buy one just wondering what would have to be done. I probably will stay with the stock wheel.
