steering wheel fading?

    steering wheel fading?

    My Steering wheel is starting to fade, it leather so i was just wondering if anyone was having the same problem.

    Have you tried adding leather treatment? It's got special oils that help protect the leather

    my 98 steering wheel is also leather, it's cracking and stufff

    i was pretty sure the material they used on the corolla steering wheel wasn't leather, but in fact simulated. maybe not for the 03+ years though, as i have never been in one. Mine has what you would call "marks" on it where i hold it which is one of the advantages to those of us who drive like a P.I.M.P. cause you only have one mark obviously cause we only hold the wheel w/ one hand, lol.

    question... is it legal to use racing steering wheels in the US? cause when i was in LA a month ago or so, i never seen riced out cars with em... its the air bag thingy huh... one thing here in asia, air bags can only be found in luxury cars... or the car is more expensive...
