    Squeeking at left turn

I might have a problem. When I turn left, not even hard like just to change lanes or so.... and am going under 20 miles I hear a squeek comming from the left front wheel, when I straighten the wheels or bank right it goes away, sometimes even for a day... did I fuck up my bearing? or is something with joints, or the steering? I hope its not serious cause I'm getting laid off on friday :p no mulla to fix rolla... oh yeah and my rear shochs are gone but I have KYB replacements... just not installed yet, same reason... no funds.. .but i don't think rear suspension could cause a squeak in the front.

Suggestions? could this be anything a can of lithium grease can solve?
