    Splash guard prob need help!

My splash guard started scraping on the ground while i was on the freeway last night. Well the whole thing was messed up so i had to cut it. Freaking 2 miles down the other side falls off and starts to scrape. I had to cut that I know it's not under warranty because i do a lot of work myself and i had just done the clear corner DIY and i guess forgot a screw. I called toyota for pricing and he couldn't find out what part it was. he said the wheel well lining was $83.00 . But he said there is splash guard that goes under the bumper area. Anyone else know of a part it may be called....this so sucks. I just have to be careful next time it rains i guess

I belive the fender lining and the "spash gaurd" are one peice. When I put my bumper on, i didnt have any way to secure it anymore, so it ended up falling down and the tire ripped them off. This happend a few months ago, toyota here said they are $65 each... but I dont see any real reason for it, i made a gaurd to go around the CAI and havent had any problems yet.
