    Speed Limiter

I was wondering if you guys knew of a way to uninstall the speed limiter, and also what are the consequences of doing so....beside the fact it is illegal, wat could it do to the car

holy crap!!! you know the speed limiter is set to 117mph on our cars right. why would you wanna go faster than that, top speed means nothing. besides i think the made the speed limiter not because of legal issues, its to protect the engine, kinda like the rev limiter thats set at 6200 on our cars

IT WASNT BECAUSE OF THE ENGINE IT WAS BECAUSE THE STOCK TIRES THAT COME ON THE CAR ... THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED TO GO FASTER THEN THAT... YOU CAN BUY AFTER MARKET TIRES WITH A HIGHER RATING THAT WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE SPEEDS... :D

What is our top speed? The highest Ive measured is 115mph and i was stil in 4th gear and my RPMs were still rising. I had one of my boyz with an eclipse ride next to me. He slowed down before i did and said that he hit 115mph and he didnt wanna go any faster.
