If 6 bucks would give us 20hp, we'd all be driving Ferarri-killing quarter mile monsters for 500 bucks..

I want to see a dyno of these chips! Also of the A/F ratio since they trick the sensor into thinking there is more air (if I understand correctly) which would dump more fuel into your cylinders and make you run rich and waste more gas...

the only thing this "chip" does is cause your computer to run in an open loop mode. now it won't give you any significant advantages over what you get currently. having an open loop mode is not good and expecially for toyotas. Hondas do actually get a difference since the engine itself runs off the IAT/MAP/MAF sensor the Toyota does similar but does not depend on it as much as the Honda does. Also it may cause you engine light to turn on if not properly inserted. and you may notice your idle being higher and drinking up a bit of gas when cold and when driving normally.

yes they work for Acuras too.Same setup as Honda but more electronic networking.

Dude i tried this a a few vehicles and Toyotas and Hyundais don't respond well to them. i had friends that bought them (some out of stupidity and others just for the heck of it) the Chevy's Hondas and soem Fords respond pretty well but on others they don't. They are resistors that is it.

on domestics everything works hell, if u put a pantyhose over the throttle body it'll give u power shit lol it'll be a while before they come out with chips for the Corollas that will eventually do anything

i believe those ebay chips that are like $3 are only little resistors, not really a chip...just a resistor..
