Engine Spark plugs 2 steps colder than stock

    Spark plugs 2 steps colder than stock

    Can anyone tell me exactly what to look for? I need them by this weekend.. :D

    does this plugs need to be gapped or are tehy gapped already and ready to use?

    Y would you want a colder plug what will it do (sry i never heard of colder plugs b4)

    They should already come gapped properly. As you may have noticed, the engine sticker on the 1ZZFE states "DO NOT GAP" the plugs.

    A colder plug dissipates heat away from the tip more rapidly than a hotter plug. This helps prevent pre-detonation. One usually switches to a colder plug when boosting the engine.

    I'm not sure if mine came with iridiums -- I have Bosch platinums installed now..
