    Our city has an annual photo contest -- it's actually more of a way for them to get photo documentation of the city from the citizens.... either way.... city of about 100k people, a college... and LOTS of photog's... probably one of the more saturated markets out there.
    We only submit ours at the 'professional' level.

    Don't even ask equipment.... we have a lot.... suffice it to say it's Nikon... if you couldn't tell already.
