    So now I wait.

    Some of you may remember my old post regarding a patrol officer position for an area department..here are the updates:

    Written test: Passed
    Physical test: Passed
    :)

    Oral boards were Monday morning; I should hear back one way or the other by July 21st. Just thought I'd let you all know.

    First comes the conditional offer, then all that stuff. :)

    Then the 12-week academy..then 3mo FTO..then I'm 'official'.

    I had conditional with one department...25 of us got conditional offers of employment, and there were only 15 positions available in the academy. So they needed to weed out 10 somehow. (Well, actually 12, because two were held already from previous sessions)

    i finished my oral board a week ago and should hear about the results this week or next week. when i did the phyiscal test, it was brutal since it was over a 100 out side. currently working on the background packet incase i was to pass the oral part
