Engine silvertop with bolt-on turbo

    kinda curious why you have a name "4agze" and asking about making a turbo 20V... lol

    i would advise against it..... if you want boost, stick with a 4agze

    silvertop with bolt-on turbo

    hi im newbie here..

    need to know anybody has done his silvertop with custom bolt-on turbo on it?? how was it's performance? what are the things that is necessary to change?

    that was just a nick... in fact that im lazy to transplant a new engine so am wanting to know anybody here or friends have turboing their silvertop..

    Isn't the silvertop a high-compression engine? I think I am wrong but 11:1? Yeah you want to keep boost away from anything 10:1+!!!

    if you got the money to turbo it then yeah do it. Just make sure you get low comp pistons for it. As far as anything else, i think the silvertop can handle at least 5-7psi safe. The blacktop is the one with weaker internals.
