    Screwed the passenger side skirt

    Hey guys,

I was driving in Orlando today and as I was turning a corner I saw this really hot girl who looked like she was from a magazine. All of a sudden I heard a scraping sound and realize Im rubbing the passenger side skirt against the turn of the curb. I screwed myself royally.

Does anyone know where I can get just that part (other than going to the dealer, I don't wanna pay high prices). Can i get it prepainted so I just stick it on? Man not only did I lose track of the girl, but I damaged my little car.

I have those close calls too pretty often...but then my Brain kicks in and says " IS she worth getting into an accident?" Then i just look back at the road. I've yet to see a perfect 10! i've only seen 7,8's and 9's.... I'ts really risky especially when your driving on the highway hehehe :D

Haha...I don't care. I was just messing with ya'll. I know some girls do, too...but most don't. Most girls have a scale like "Hot, Fine, Cute, Not Bad Looking, Not Ugly, and Butt Ugly." If you simply look at someone's physical appearance though, and judge them on that, you may miss out on getting to know a very awesome person.

Re: Screwed the passenger side skirt

THIS IS NOT Flames, really really not, but after 5-10 posts no one helped the guy out,
it would be cool to have a more help related BBS, joke around have fun but then toss somting in to help,

OK not for the more serious side,

I dorked the same thing parking, girl was bent over in her trunk so we have been there bro...

try the internet Toyota parts dealers, the darn thing is called a side mud guard (?) go figure, I sent out some emails and got back this type of stuff

    this is what I sent:

2004 Corolla-S, I would have called this a side skirt, and Toyota calls this a "mudguard" that is why the confusion, so I need a price on it

My car is Lunar Mist and or Silver and I believe I have a correct part number here, RSVP

7691102030B0 for the Mudguard Lunar Mist Right side

Factory service Manuel says it takes 9 clips and 8 retainers, according to Factory service Manuel the clips cannot be reused but the retainers can be reused

The clips are either part # 9046710161 (I believe this first part number to be true) or 9046707168 not sure but need 9,

    It comes pre painted

I got 10 prices, from etoyotas.com and others, all were between $170 and $180 except Romania romaniatoyotaparts.com they were at list! like $259, they have allways been this way, so dont use them...

anyway here ya go...again no flames to the others, but we should try to help...

if I mad anyone flamed by this, you can go to my site here and send feedback...

    enjoy...

this is a copy and paste of a email with the best combined price on shipping etc. Some folks wanted $30 for shipping, I just made a email, like the one in my other post and sent it to 10 online dealers and got back quotes.

"I'm with you on the name of the part! You had the right numbers too.

Below is a quote on the Toyota parts you inquired about. If you would like to order these reply to this with your billing/shipping and cc info. or call 1-800-527-5368 and ask for Bill.

Qty. Description Part Number List Price anythingtoyota Price Extension Price
    1 rh side mudguard(side skirt) 76911-02030-B0 $232.47 $184.00
    9 Clips 90467-10161 $ .80ea $ .65ea $ 5.85

    UPS Ground Shipping $ 11.00
    Total $200.85

    Thank You for your inquiry

Not compared to buying it new/painted from toyota. I just ordered the whole S kit prepianted but the only reason I did so was cuz KingKuei hooked up a discount, otherwise it would have been mad expensive. Sucks but toyota screws you like that. :?

off topic... but that bang bang link above was hella funny 8)
