sad story for new altis grill

i jsut got my altis grill and it was uinpainted... so i gwent to the auto part store and bought color i liked with primer....

i sprayed teh primer and waited for it to dry and to my horror there were bubbles... so i sand it off and i realized...

THAT CHEAP ASS PRIMER ATE AWAY THE PLASTIC!!!!!!

now my altis grill is ruined...

i sprayed whole lot off paint (about 20 layers) and gonna try to sand it off... hope that works.

No offense but are you sure you bought primer? I've never heard of primer eating plastic. For the record, there is a non-metal (plastic) primer. I've painted my grille using standard primer and it went great.

In short though I'm sorry to hear of your woes.

That's seems like an awfully rash decision.
