    Running Lean

I have a 00 Corolla and just took out my Injen intake and put the stock intake back on. NOw the check engine light is on and after getting the code read, it's saying that it's running lean. From what i've read on this forum, running lean means i have more air than fuel. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this CEL? I checked the 02 sensors and it looks fine.
