    Road Noise Reduction

I have a 97ce. I get quit a bit of road noise, so I was wondering how to go about lowering it. I'm looking into some softer shocks so my ride won't be so rough. I think that may be part of the problem, but not all.

All advice, links and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

rough ride and noise have nothing to do with each other. the stock shocks are already soft enough. get better tires since that's where most of the noise comes from. btw, performance tires are loud so probably want a good all season tire with a quiet thread. there is a lot of info about tires on tirerack so look up what people have said and rated the tires for the ones that you're interested in.

you can also put sound deadening stuff in the doors, trunk, and use the spray-on kind inside the wheel wells.
