ahhh! D*ck head!!!! stupid 16 year old kid!! where's your freakin' bike??!!!

I'm sorry to hear that man! Last year, my sister got into a 5 car accident. One who caused all the damage was a lady without a license and insurance. All 4 other cars didnt get anything out of it except for grief and tore up cars. She's prolly in jail now doin' some time and all her assets taken. My sister replaced her messed up Kia Sephia with a Scion xB. (She loves drivin' that box. She waves to every xB on the road!)

so after all this happened, what are your plans now?

yeah it sucks tottally!!! Well I just got back from the Dr, he said I might have a mild concussion. My back and neck is killing me though. Anyways I called my insurance and they do have a uninsured motorist clause. So I wont have to pay any money to get my car repaired. Still sucks too especially I had big plans for my car this weekend. Was going to install my computer and screen in there.. Ahhh oh wellz. .
Im gonna call around for some shops and my insurance will pick up the bill.. Still I hate it how htat bastard gets off with nothing.. I called his mom's insurance and Geico says they might not be liable since he is not insured and that hewas a non-permissible driver.... well i just want my car back.. I put so much money into my car already.. atleast $3000-$4000.. i'll post pics if i feel like uploading it

    Sue the kid & parents

The parents are legally responsible for there child and I would go after the parents and even the kids future wages. Get your back fully checked out, make sure there are no problems. That sucks big time, to bad they didn't total the car and you could get an XRS. Good luck.

I think thats fucked up, if they hit u, they will take off. MAny of them drive druynk too, cuz they have nothing to lose if they get in an accdient. Thats so fucked up

I know how you feel. Some ass hit my car. The worse part is he pulled out of a spot across the street from me and hit my car, then took off. I ended up getting his info and passed it on to the police. It's been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything from the police yet. By now, his car is probably cleaned up and I'm not holding my breath. If it was me, I would have been thrown in jail by now...just pisses me off knowing I got the info and haven't heard from the police. I think I'm just going to give the info to my insurance company, but I doubt they will get anywhere since I'm sure the kid won't fess up. My car's been repaired, but it no longer feels like a new car. :x :(

Well, you can't tell anything was done on the outside of the door . The inside is another story. I got a new replacement door put on at a body shop (none of the Toyota dealers in my area do collision). They didn't put an outside seal over the area where the outside door skin wraps over the interior one (the part where the outside door panel wraps over the interior panel - down the sides and bottom of the inside door). I took it back and pointed this out. They told me that they didn't put the seal on because that was the way the door came and it is a "toyota" replacement and not an aftermarket. I pointed out that the OEM doors have the extra sealer on them. They told me that the only way they would do anything would be if Toyota said that it should have been put on, due to warranty reasons (tampering with the seal). I took it to the Toyota dealer and pointed this out. The dealer said that this IS the way Toyota makes their replacement doors (without the extra seal). The dealer also contacted the Toyota Corporation just to make sure of this and they said that it was correct and not necessary for the added seal. This doesn't make much sense, so why would they put it on the original doors (way to save money I guess). So I know the body shop will charge me to have this done, since Toyota is saying that it is not required. I also had a rubber stopper missing from the driver's door when I took it in. I showed this to them and they said they would take care of it. They took care of it...they took one off the passenger's side door to put on the driver's side. I thanked them for replacing it, then told them to get one for the passenger's side that they removed (that took a lot of balls, to think I wouldn't notice). I might point these differences out to my insurance company, since it wasn't fixed exactly to the way it was. Hopefully they might get more results. Just be sure to point out as much as possible and inspect the work really good, after its done.
