restoring a datsun 280 for senior project...

    restoring a datsun 280 for senior project...

    i think i asked this before vvtis crash but not that ive started junior year im thinking about it again. for my senior project i was thinking of finding a late 70s datsun 280zx and bring it back. my friends gma owns a uhpolstry(sp?) shop so i can get interior stuff there. my other friends dad use to do custom paint jobs so i got a source there and i have a couple uncles who are mechanics. jus wondering if anybody had and suggestions or ideas or warnings. i always wanted to drop a v8 short block into a datsun but for the project getting the inline 6 to run will be good enough...

    EDIT: whoops put inline 5 instead of 6 :eek:
