    Replacement headlight housings

    Going to replace the housings on my wifes 97 corolla. I see a lot of them on ebay,but what kind of quality are they? Anyone have any that can share any thoughts.I don't want to get something that is worse than the stockers.Thanks

    if you get the jdm ones your gonna have to convert from 9006/5 to H4

    Yep. I saw that conversion thread.doesn't look that hard.Any particular JDM housings you referring too? I have seen some that use the 9005/9006 setup.Heck this setup would be the way to go if it would actuall be good,but who knows.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HID-...1QQcmdZViewItem

    the ones that use 9005/6 bulbs are jus JDM STYLE housings.
    these are the ones i have/perfer and it has city lights=0)

    If you get a quality pair, the light output will be slightly better.

    yes i have those ones, i suggest you get the one that comes with the grill(usdm grill has a gap) fitment is good and light output is lil better but im going to upgrade to HiDs soon

    Would they be capable of housing HID or you going to get a different style?

    there capable, try asking rollaboricua he ran Hids with the jdm housing.. infact i think he's still selling his

    no he sold the hids and the lights are mine. i have the black 9005/6 if any one wants them. needa sell them to get the jdm h4s.

    Got the housings ordered,but I do have one more question. When wiring up the H4 HID,which diagram should I use,I see that there are two different ones?

    im planning to get HIDs sometime in the future when i have more money, for now i'll use the luminics

    blackhousings are very nice
    i love mine, now imagine them with HIDs [=
