repairing scratched bumper

    repairing scratched bumper

    I've got a few good scratches in my front bumper. They're all the way down into the plastic. How would someone go about repairing that? Sand, primer, paint, buff? Would a parts store be able to match my color metallic indigo blue? Any ideas of how much $$ a body shop might charge? It's about a 2" x 4" area, pretty small...
