Question on some things, altis kit and install shops, paint

Ok i have a few questions, first does anyone know any shops who install body kits in southern california? Second im thinking about getting the altis sides but they are made of abs plastic or fiberglass on another side, is abs plastic or fiberglass better and is it a good or bad thing and if painted and installed would it match my car and would it bend out of shape and look crappy after a year? Also if anyone has a suggestion for the back kit besides altis or s let me know because i think they are both ugly and dont make they car look good. Also i heard the altis kit doesnt fit properly does anyone know if thats just the front and back to me the sides look almost the same as the S kit so im guessing it would fit pretty well. Anyways thanks.

There is a number of shops in the LA area u can take the car too, I know two places one in Artesia and the other Cypress. Second abs plastic is better than fiberglass but I dont think u will find a kit made out of abs plastic but there are other alternatives such as polyproplyene and polyurethane,. fiberglass kinda such suxs because it is prone to cracking under mild and harsh road conditions.

Hey SSJ do have experience getting body kits or other parts painted at any of those places you mentioned? I'm in Orange County but I will drive somewhere if they do good work. I'm planning on getting a kit, painting my side mirrors and side moldings.

I have definitely seen the altis and other kits made out of ABS but I've always wondered what the stock S kit is made from. I know the front and read bumpers are polyurethane but what about the kit? (front/rear pieces, side skirts, spoiler) If the stock kit is ABS then ABS should be fine, if not then I dunno.

The place in Artesia quoted me 175-250 for installing, prepping, and painting. The other place in Cypress quted me 250 for the same.

Also, later today my friend told me of place in Long Beach and they have real reasonable prices they paint altis grills for like 30 bucks I wish knew that then when I got a bad paint job for my grill.

The bodykits whether it be fiberglass, abs plastic, or polyurethane they will do the same amount of prepping for the kit.
