    question on building internals

i want to start to rebuild my internals on my 99 and my question is, what would be the best mods to do for them, and what kind of gains can i expect. ive seen monkeywrenchracing.com and they do have cams and wich one is the best to use? with stage 3 do i need more than just that like e manage?

I think the stage 3 cams are for racing one. That mean you will lose everything in the low rpm range, it's not street able.
And what do y0u want to go for? FI or NA?

Oh, my mistakes. You're talking about the ZZ engine packages right? I thought you were talking about the cams. So it doesn't matter if you do the stage 2 or 3 as long as you have $$$.
If you just want to do it for NA for now, then just do the head job Do the block later if you really want to turbo it.
But for that much $$ (let's say stage 3 head job), you can just add a little bit more to turbo your current engine and you will have lots more gain.

i would go stage 1 because it wont be that lopy when idle and emanage for tuning.I wonder if you could do combination 268in/272ex for better bottom end and top end?.

you think that it would change idle that much? im not to informed of the internals, so how exactly would each one change the motor. stage 1 is more for all around, stage 2 is more for mid to high?
