Dude that does suck, i have ordered a few things from them always receive my tracking number and they reach miami in a few days with the ridiculously cheap shipping. i mean think about this i have my stuff sent to mia first and then from there to costa rica, i ordered my big bore kit on april 6th was in mia on april 9th had it in costa rica by april 12th but took me two weeks to clear customs that was what took long for me, i dont see why your stuff taking sooo long within the US. and its true it is very hard to get a hold of them by phone but emails are responded quickly. oh and about calling i seem to have a ninety percent rate of getting attended by phone if you call between 12-1:30 pm. Good luck man and sorry to hear about your waiting
