    pistons & rods

    I'm looking for some good pistons and rods for my 94 1.6. I can't seem to find any, the only thing I keep finding is stock parts and they just won't hold up. Can someone help me out.

    its not on there yet, but I will tell you two things, t25 and NX.
    this has been a project car from the start, but I can't do nothing till the motor can handle it, and stock pistons and rods just won't do it.

    crower makes rods, wiseco, and je are all reputable companies that make forged pistons and rods for the 4a engines i believe

    are the rods and pistons the same in the 4age and 4afe? The only ones I can find is for the 4age

    they might be? i'm not sure, call up one of the companies and ask. if turbo4age comes by he should know.
