php email form

anyone know of any non database email forms in PHP. Like the actual script. I'm helping a friend start up his graphics design business and I dont really feel like writing one up esp since i'm not getting paid

anyone got one handy or know where i can get one, sort of like a guest book script but one that sends out an emails instead.

EDID: i think that pertains more to a library function. i need a pre written script taht i can just throw in and work out the template.

What do you want the script to do exactly? Might help...

basically go to a page say www.hello.com/contact.xxx
on there is a form you put in ur name and ur email and ur question. when u click submit it sends an email to the site admin.
