    Yeah, I've read that story before - totally unbelieveable.

    Just bad communication and "super cop" attitude/ego issue.

    i've been detained before for something similar. It was at the airport. haha. Now i just make a quick phone call to the person in charge of the area and ask first. 99% of the of the time they approve and when you send them a thank you letter afterwards, they are usually pretty happy. I guess they are more cautious due to possible terrorist attacks or something. thats just my guess.

    Like any other organization these days, there will be a few assholes.

    But not all cops are assholes. I have a great deal of respect for police.

    I was arrested Friday night too. :eek: Cops were great!
