    Performance Brake fluids?

I am getting ready to install some SS lines and i'll be completely flushing the fluid while i'm at it so..

if anyone upgraded their brake fluid to something with a higher boiling point, give me a heads up on what brand you used. I found a super DOT 4 fluid at raceshopper but i'm not sure if it's interchangable with Toyota's brake system/seals and I dont feel like bein a gunie pig ;)

ive heard synthetic DOT 3 will work if you flush all the old DOT 3 out.

Just found out that the guys in Hondatech regularly use Super DOT 4 fluids.. the one I have in mind is ATE. I also heard that Valvoline SynPower is already good enough for AutoX

Here's some numbers to look at:
    BOILING POINTS DRY/WET:

    DOT 3 401° F 284° F (The crap in our cars)
    DOT 4 446° F 311° F

    Valvoline SynPower 502° F 343° F
    ATE 536° F 392° F
    Motul DOT 5.1 509°F 365°F

Did they send ATE with your SS brake lines? When I emailed them asking they said the send ATE with them. I'll be eventually autocrossing the car. Looks like ATE would be a little better then Valvoline SynPower.

no they just sent me lines, no fluid..

I think i'm goina stick with Valvoline SynPower.. yea the boiling points arnt so great but it is avilable at autozone. I dont thbink there is anywhere local that sells ATE, I checked online and it goes for $11 a liter + $9 shipping.
