    PCV Valve Location

Hey guys, I want to put a Oil Catch Tank in my setup, but I don't know which one the PCV is on my engine. Here is a picture of my engine, is it that big tube that goes from my engine block to my intake??

Take off the plastic engine cover. As you are facing the car, it is at the right rear of the engine at the top. Use a 17 or 19 mm wrench to remove. It is important to give your dealer your VIN, as two types of PCV valves were made (depending where your car was made).

unless that engine is of a 10th gen

well the one in the front is the clean air breather.... look around the cover for another tube coming out of it to the TB

Is it this tube(The one the small black arrow is pointing to?)

Man, I can't find this damn Valve, I have been looking for like 45 minutes!!!

I might have to take the throttle body off, so I can find it

oh, and does it have to be located on the cover?? Is that where it would normally be?

The pic you have above looks like a VSV for the EVAP system - don't think that is connected to the PCV valve.

I'm pretty sure this is the PCV -

Usually located on the valvecover - usually at a fairly high place on the cover to help vent out to the throttle body. Or if you can take picts of all four sides of the valvecover - we can narrow it down for you.

The one you have marked in a light black arrow might also be a possible one. Can't tell without tracing back where it goes - should go to the valvecover somewhere - if it is a PCV.

One way to be sure - pull the hose off and see if there is a PCV is behind there.
Most of the ones I've seen vent close to the throttle plate, either directly ahead or directly behind it. In your case, the aftermarket intake looks like it has this tube vented way upstream of the throttle body - never seen it pumped in that far ahead. Unless they are trying to balance the vacuum put on the crankcase.
