    Painting Question...

    How hard would it be to obtain some toyota paint for a front bumper and paint it myself but make it look nice.??

    very hard if you are doing your own painting. its hard enough to find some one that does good work.

    you have no air tools. no booth. it wouldnt look good.

    toyota paint though on the other hand should not be difficult, get it from the dealer or if you go to a good paint shop they should be able to match and order your color, but i'm w/ shyguy, do NOT attempt to paint it yourself w/o proper equipment and guidance from an experienced person.

    well i was plannig on painting in a garage with air tools and a fan :D

    I was going to use air tools as well. I have a carport but it's not totally enclosed... What risks do I have doing it in there?

    the cheapest paint booth cost around $15,000 - $20,000. with out that you cant do a good paint job. there is a reason why people pay up to $50,000 - $100,000 for paint booth. but since its only a front bumper and if you dont really care for it to be perfect. it would be a great learning exp. for ya
