    Painting and Parts Questions

I was rear ended...twice in my 2003 black corolla. I have also been almost hit head on by a drunk driver...
I settled out of court with the drunk driver because he was the son of the chief of police in the town I live in. It was advised to do it this way...
So heres what im left with...
    A cracked rear bumper,
A 4 inch section of paint on front bumper missing,
A Tiny dent in the passenger door
    One cracked passenger mirror.

This is what i thought about doing to repair it...
buy the powered m3 lights, and the bumper cover off of ebay and take it to a shop to have all of the above painted/fixed. Does anyone know if I need the absorber parts for the rear bumeper? Does cover piece on ebay mean just the plastic bumper? I live in the chicago land area...any good reccommendations for a shop, the correct procedure to fix it (like what to look our for), or ball park figures for cost?
    Thanks in advance!
