paint fading

paint fading

if i wait to add painted products to my car (ex. painted grill, tailight covers, body kit) will the original factory paint have faded enough to show an apparent difference? my car is white so it doesn't absorb as much sunlight as the darker colors, but i don't want all my add-ons to be different shades. I was going to wait about a year until i leave for college because my parents think that tricking out my car is stupid. my car sits outside for atleast seven hours everyday, even more if i have to go to work. ah, parents are dumb.......
