    I was told they are wind deflectors that help off-set the aerodynamics over the car to allow the strobe bar lower wind resistance on the faster cars.

    I went to Oregon once to go snow boarding and we passed 3 Corvette cop cars. I thought they were DARE cars or something but found out from the Gas station attendent that it was pretty norm for the area :D Al the cops drive here in WA is Crown Vic's and shit.

    Yeah my old town had a z28 police car...I've seen a few of those actually

    Over there the car scene is so much...more...impressive. Not like over here...bunch of fakes, letdowns...and wannabe's

    They do actually NEED those...man I'de loooove to get ahold of one...those black and white skylines are awesome!
