ordered a door shell... problem

ordered a door shell... problem

Last week wednesday I received a door shell that I ordered from this place called toyotapartscheap.com. I noticed that it has some damaged to it (two bottom corners of the doors are curled up and has some marks on the front panel) from shipping it looks like. I filed a claim with ups to see if they will cover it. How does the process work? Another question is would it be better to just keep the panel and have the body shop repair it. I have some pictures if necessary.
