One CRAAAAAZY Miata! Check this out! Watch out 56K

With a little bit more than 200lbs up front than the original engine. An estimated 2500lb Miata with a Ford 302 pushing about 389 SAE corrected RWHP. Site says a similar setup pulled a best time of 11.9 1/4 at 130mph from an inexperienced drag racer starting off in 2nd gear. This Miata must sound so MEAN. It passed CO's rolling road emissions tests and is fully registered/titled/insured

    Wow, that's pretty impressive.

I have to wonder what that did to the car's balance, though. Did they modify the suspension or redistribute any weight to correct it?

If the back of the car was just a little bit longer it wouldn't look so bad. I think the car looks way too tiny with such a beefed up front end, BUT, that doesn't mean I wouldn't mind driving that to the track and racing it. :D

Haha i think the beefed up front end is not really for looks. either needs alot of air or engine wouldnt fit id guess.

Well yeah I figured it wasn't for looks  . I'm just saying it looks funny with such a big front end and such a tiny "miata style" ass.
