    Oil problems with turbo

Ok, any of you that have a VVTi Corolla turbo has problems with oil going into the intake manifold? I am using a regulator integrated into the inlet oil flange like this one:

but still there is some oil getting into the intake. My oil outlet is a -10AN hose.

You might need an adjustable oil regulator so that you can close the opening more.

You need bypass your PCV valve or connect Oil catch can .

Corolla's oil pressure maximal around 6.5kg, I don't think so it can past the normal seal.
My corolla also has oil problem when I done the turbo before. If you not bypass the PCV,
exhaust will get more smoke and oil reduce quickly.

PS: I has change "oil tank" to "oil catch can". SORRY, I use wrong word.

Sorry, my english isn't good enought. ^_^

??? what are you talking about hothbl? He's got oil problems because the turbo oil line feed pressure is too high and it's leaking past the seals into the intake.

Does anyone have pics of a return line? I think that is my problem. I did mine as high as posible but still when I unplug the line there is like half a quart of oil that drains. Is that ok for a return line?

The return line shoul be welded at the top of the oil pan. If it's not free flowing, then yes, that might be your problem.

My 03 corolla had to much oil pressure, and blew my seals in my turbo. I bought an oil restrictor, it works good, but the damage is already done. Your return line isn't pressurized so it always needs to be on a downard slope so the oil can run down it. If not the oil will back into the turbo.

My return line is welded at the top of the oil pan, is welded as high as I could. System Error, did you have an oil pressure gauge installed? If yes how high was the pressure? Where did you ge the oil restrictor?
