    o2 Sensor Problem

I am looking at Underdog Racing and it doesn't have any o2 sims for izzfe.

Will the one for 5vz-fe work just fine or the one for the 2uz-fe? They have some for 2rz-fe and 3rz-fe. These are mostly for landcruisers and Fj cruisers, very far from a 1.8l inline 4/v4(whatever set-up it has)

And if any work, how do they wire up?

I think those are the only ones they have.

On the other hand, I found this
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/UNIV...907Q2em263QQcategoryZ33557QQitemZ140327558300

    and this
    http://cgi.ebay.com/2-pcs-O2-Oxygen...s=65:16|66:2|39:1|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50

It just all seems to me like they all work at the same level, the expensive, $100 one says negative things about the $10 one for a good sale. Either way, I have money for both the underdog o2 sim and the cheap eBay one.

If no one has tried the sensor adapter thing then I am willing to be a scape goat. Only negative would be me being at the mercy of the atmosphere, since it relocates the sensor away from the exhaust flow. Random performance maybe? The negative about electric is destroying the o2 sensor wire, the actual item doesn't look very durable, but you get very stable, predicted performance(improved possibly) when it does work. Like i said, either way, i am happy as long as cel isn't bitching.

    Opinions, suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is some info on a potential simulator:

    http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/oxygen_sensor_simulator/

Tells you how to build one yourself, an oscillating type simulator. Probably very similar to the ones you see on eBay or similar.

The ones on UDR from other Toyotas should work fine. All your doing is outputing a slowly changing voltage under a certain threshold - that will be enough to trick the PCM in thinking your downstream O2 sensor is reading just fine.

I found that information even before I went to underdog or ebay or anywhere else. I don't like the idea of messing with important electrical parts in my car without any electrical knowledge.
