    Non-Moving violation again!

I was driving to my girlfriend's house the other day, and just as I pulled into her coldesack, I hear the robotic voice of a loudspeaker. "Turn on your left turn signal." Of course I had no choice but to activate the 12 miniature blue led bulbs that were in the one bulb in my left turn signal housing. There was nothing I could say in defense since I knew the stature number and everything in Florida law, so I took the $71.50 no points added ticket. This was the second color violation ticket I recieved, the first being for my blue HID headlights, so I changed the turn signal bulbs back to stock this morning. Now I'm just waiting for the white LEDs I ordered, and I strongly recommend that no one get blue LED light bulbs in visible light housings. You can get away with the cheap xenon bulbs, but not LEDs. Just a story I had to tell, kind of pissed me off.

P.S. The only reason I got a ticket for my headlights was because the original reason for being pulled over was going 46mph in a 30mph zone. Me being stupid forgot to turn my car off, since I didn't have disabeled DRLs yet, and the officer complimented me on my headlights by giving me a citation.

silvania makes a nice platinum blue colored amber bulb for those with clear corners. It looks REALLY nice and I really like giving cops the finger when they try to say I have blue bulbs then I turn them on and they are amber... *grin* fuckers.

I got pulled over when I was visiting some friends in FL. This was back when I had the blue led's as washer nozzles. I didn't get a ticket, because they are not illegal here in TN. Instead, they had me go under the hood and disconnect them while I was there in FL. But I took them off shortly after returning home, because I came to realize how RICE they were.

PS...TN law states the lights have to be "Flashing" in order for them to be illegal. And if they are not flashing, then they have to be in combination with White and Red lights to be illegal.
