So i was driving home today from work, and out to my right a nice 03 Rolla Drives past me. So i took notice to this and changed lanes to get a better look at the car, and guess what i see? While scanning the back, i see the "Corolla S" Emblems as usual and right underneath it guess what i see. Yup a Vtec Emblem, a Freakin Vtec Emblem. Ohh god how i wanted to just rip that crap off.

What has this world come to??

Would you guys take off the old "S" on your 03-04 Corolla and put the new "XRs" badge on?

I woudn't cause I would get rev'ed on all day long

Especially for the people who's got heavy mods on. We could probably outake or come even with the new XRS Corolla huh? That's why I was thinking if I should put the new XRS badge on the back because mine is already supercharged to match the new Corolla's power output.

take off all the badge's for a cleaner look and go for the sleeper style :wink:

if u took your badges off, ppl would still rev at you becuase they think u did everything to your car, ppl rev at my car for no reason, just cause i have dark tint and the S kit, so i rev back and let them take off, while i save my gallon of gas, they just burned their 2.00 a gallon of gas.

yeah..i agree with keeping your emblems on tom. if you shave 'em off...people will think that youve hella fixed up your car and of course...people would run you. If you go nice and simple...people would think that you just have a decent corolla with maybe suspension upgrades and intake/exhaust. once that light turns green and they hear the whining of the blower... he he... jaws will drop....

i'd shave all my badges and just leave the toyota emblem on. i agree with SERG4u. looks clean that way

hell yeah, my car looks bone stock on the outside...even got a turbdown tip for my muffler to make it look stock. only difference is that i'm rolling on chrome 15" wheels...but those look close to stock as well...unless you look at the centercaps and see the "Centerline Forged" on them. Makes it fun, i get to pick and chose who i feel like racing, and dont have fools in POS kias wasting my time.

I shaved off all the emblems and then replaced the toyota symbol with a the black pearl and it looks really good. A lot cleaner look and when I get the black tails on my car I will have no chrome and completly blacked out sleeper style.

THose are some pretty good points. I've decided to leave the badging the way they are then. After thinking about it, it's kind of silly to change the S to the XRS when the two cars look a little different (front). People will think, "what the hell is that all about?" I'll let the XRS be on its own. Besides, it looks pretty nice with the stock chrome badging to go with the chrome Altis tailllights. Everything is on a superwhite color of the Corolla.
