    No More Gasoline For Iceland

Saw this on the news...By the middle of the century, Iceland will require that all vehicles run on Hydrogen fuel. Everyone expected something like this to happen and im glad to see someones taking initiative and jumping in on this first...I knew bout the geography of Iceland but I wasnt aware that it harnessed its own geography...check it out....

I'll commend them on the effort, but I wont congratulate them until it actually happens...

That is good to see someone taking a step forward though. I doubt America will ever be completely hydrogen.

Yeah for the U.S. well prolly just see a continuation of what we already see...first hybrids...then uh...hybrid hybrids? SLOW changes...man how long ago did honda come out with the insight before toyota came out with the prius and now the highlander (and soon the camry...possibly tundra??? eh prolly not the v8)

Yeah we'll be slow on it...VERY veeeeery slow

I can only imagine a hybrid toyota v8...with exhaust...kicking on and off...HA HA...I'm sure someone out there would try to put exhaust on a hybrid v8...I just KNOW someone would...geeez

But yeah I predict hybrid hybrids....like a natural gas or hydrogen powered prius type powertrain will be the next BIG step...wonder how long before then. I mean the prius is really a mile stone as far as this concept goes. There are already alternative fuel vehicles in mass quantity, but mostly fleet vehicles. Course with the prius it was a MPG thing and not a no pollution thing too..

    uh...what was my point?
