    I would say that anything is possible (given enough cash). The electronic HVAC controls are probably from an Altis (or that's a pic of an Altis). Where ever the pic came from, it's a RHD model.

    That pic is from the Altis, our Asian equivilant of the corolla. Notice the electronic climate controls as well. The shifter comes stock like that.
