Need some help my corolla friends!!

Okay..so i managed to open up my auto shift to the point where I can reach and touch the green light that glows for the P R D N 1 2....Can I just use a pillar to put it out and replace it..or is it soldered on ...if not..what size is it? thanks guys...you're all really helpful

oh yeah one more question...so..i have some neon lights that i didn't want to put into the cig lighter anymore because somehow it drained all my battery,...instead i wanted to hook it up so i could control them(for instance when i turn on the lights at nite) should i wire it into the cig lighter after I take the dash apart? will that work? thanks yal.

when u turn the car off, the cig lighter thing stays on, cuz it's not connected to the ACC line...what i'd suggest is ghetto wire them to one of the fuses under the dash say like the windshield wipers fuse :) that's where i have my fog lights connected (using a relay of course) so i dont accidently leave them running.

splice of the connector on the neon, connect the possitive in the fuse (fan it over the connector and plug the fuse back in) and connect the negative to the open metal surface of ur car (no paint)

i'm sure the neons dont drain that much power so nothing should go wrong, or just find the ACC line under the hood o_O not to sure on that one.
