Just stick with blanks....you are going to get those that say cross drilled/slotted rotors are bad, some will say they are awesome, etc.

Do lots of your own research and decide then, not just by what people say on these boards.

I have elliptical slotted rotors on my Passat, and Im happy with them.
YOu cant go wrong with regular brembo blanks, and OEM pads.

I agree with Dre. Read up. A lot of sites will tell you the drilled are horrible, as they compromise the integrity of the rotor. The slotted design is supposed to reduce heat by allowing gases to escape, but now they make pads that will do that.

Well I'll give you my 2 c's from personal experience. I went to Brembo rotors cross drilled by KVRPerfomance. I went this route since my stock rotors warped three times and they were not able to be resurfaced anymore from being to thin. I researched and found out that KVRPerformance ( www.kvrperformance.com ) had good reputation on their machining, and decided to go with the cross drilled with OEM pads.

I put 50K miles on those rotors before I sold the car, and they never warped, nor cracked and the braking was marginally better than stock. I really liked them, and had no problems with them.

They were like ~80 bucks a piece but were well worth the expense.
