Need help: Trying to get to oil pan

I unbolted everything from the lower crossmember but I can get the crossmember out to get full acces to the oil pan. Does anyone know the trick to getting it out? The rear is what's holding it in place, I have movement to wiggle it from sided to side but I can't remove it.

Also on the bellhousing there is a plasic cover right below the left side of the oil pan, how do I remove it without breaking it? TIA

If I remember correctly, you must unbolt the two bolts at the front of the crossmember and the two bolts at the rear (the ones that secure it to the frame). Then, you also must remove the engine mounts. There should be some little plastic covers that snap into the bottom of the CM which actually reveal the nuts to the engine mounts.

EDIT: actually, you don't have to REMOVE the mounts, just unbolt them from the CM.

    Late,

All of the bolts are removed. I also removed the small bolt that hold what I believe was an AC condensor line. Like I said, it will move side to side, the front by the mount will move no problem. I can pull down on it there. The rear part will only go side to side, I can not move it up at all. I can't figure out why.

In the picture below, the bolt on the bottom left is the bolt where the crossmember will not lift up.

Below you can see that the fron of the crossmember is not bolted to anything any more. The motor mount is not attached nor is the AC line. The front portion has up and down travel.
