hopefully in norcal

1)15-17" (I perfer 15's myself)
2)Depends on rim width
3)Pros: they're pretty light weight
Con: they are knockoff spoon rims

2) What's the widest tire I can put on these rims?
3) What are the Pros and Cons to this selection?
4) Where can I find these at the best price ( friends or Shop )
