n00b question: Disconnect the battery for 01 rolla

    n00b question here.

I have a 01 rolla, and just installed a injen SRI, and now I need to disconnect the battery to reset the computer.

The question is, do I we have any password for the stock factory radio? My friend said if it has, and I reset the computer without the password afterward, then I'll lost the radio.

So does anyone know about the password thing? Do we even have password for our rolla?

I doubt you have a anti-theft STOCK system ( but never say never) You will just loose the stations and the clock. CW

^^ That is very true... my '95 came with a security coded radio as stock... but then i do have the (almost) top of the range Limited. Even still, it was just a normal Fujitsu 10 AM/FM/Cassette Stock radio.

Don't assume a cheap ass radio doesn't have anti-theft! My friend's KIA has the anti-theft code on his fucking stock AM/FM/tape deck. He was all pissed after he got the car back from repair and he was locked out. I typed in 12345 and it unlocked! Sad...

"12345, that's the combination an idiot would have on his luggage!"
